The Lion’s Feast.

The Lion’s Feast (Ethiopia): Emphasizes the importance of fairness and the consequences of selfishness.

Once upon a time, in the vast savannah of Ethiopia, there lived a pride of lions. The lions were the rulers of the jungle, and all the animals feared them. The lions were known to be fair and just, and they always made sure that all the animals in the jungle were treated equally.
One day, the lion king decided to throw a feast for all the animals in the jungle. The feast was to be held in honor of the new lion cubs that had been born. All the animals were excited and eagerly awaited the feast.
The day of the feast arrived, and all the animals gathered around the lion’s den. The lions had prepared a grand feast with all kinds of delicious food. The animals were overjoyed and started to eat.
However, as the feast went on, the lions started to eat more and more, leaving very little for the other animals. The animals started to complain, but the lions ignored them and continued to eat.
The next day, the animals woke up to find that the lions had eaten all the food and left nothing for them. The animals were angry and decided to confront the lions.
When the lions saw the angry animals, they realized their mistake. They had been selfish and had not been fair to the other animals. The lion king apologized to the animals and promised to make it up to them.
The lion king then ordered all the lions to go out and hunt for food for the other animals. The lions worked hard and brought back plenty of food for the other animals. From that day on, the lions made sure that they were always fair and just to the other animals in the jungle.
The animals forgave the lions, and the jungle was once again a peaceful place. The lion’s feast became a legend, reminding all the animals of the importance of fairness and the consequences of selfishness.
