The Cunning Fox
The Cunning Fox
Once upon a time, in a dense forest, there lived a cunning fox. He was known for his intelligence and ability to trick other animals in the forest.
One day, the fox was feeling very hungry and decided to look for some food. As he was wandering around, he saw a bunch of grapes hanging from a vine. The grapes looked delicious, and the fox couldn’t resist the temptation to have them. However, the grapes were too high for the fox to reach.
The fox tried jumping, but he couldn’t reach the grapes. He tried climbing the tree, but it was too slippery. The fox was determined to have the grapes, so he decided to use his intelligence.
He walked away from the grapes and started pacing back and forth. Suddenly, he stopped and started jumping up and down, saying, “Oh, these grapes are sour! I don’t want them anyway.”
A nearby rabbit overheard the fox and asked, “Why do you say that the grapes are sour? They look delicious to me.”
The fox replied, “Oh, they are too sour for your taste. I tried them, and I couldn’t even swallow them.”
The rabbit, who was very curious, asked the fox to show him how sour the grapes were. The fox took the rabbit to the vine and asked him to try the grapes. The rabbit jumped and jumped but couldn’t reach the grapes.
The fox smiled and said, “See, I told you they were too sour. Let’s go find something else to eat.”
The rabbit was disappointed but believed the fox and went away. The fox, on the other hand, was very happy with himself and enjoyed the grapes all by himself.
From that day on, the fox became even more cunning and used his intelligence to trick other animals in the forest.
